Tera Patrick -- ne Linda Ann Hopkins -- was born on July 25, 1976, in Great Falls, Montana. Discovered in San Francisco (she was raised there by her father) at the age of 13, she soon relocated to New York City to become a model. She spent five years working as a model and eventually quit in order to study microbiology at the University of Idaho. After working as a nurse for a while, she moved to California and took up modeling again. It was at that point that she met Suze Randall, a Penthouse photographer. In 2002, Tera was named "Penthouse Pet" and "Hustler Honey," and of course, Playboy also took interest in Tera's career.
Once she had dominated the print industry, she ventured in front of the camera. She has starred in about 50 adult films for all of the top studios in the business. In 2001, she won the "Best New Starlet" award at the Adult Video News Awards, which was followed up by more awards from Cyber Adult Video Review and Nightmoves magazine. Tera has also proven that she's a great personality, as the host of 1999's The Tera Patrick Show (on the Internet) and star of Playboy TV's Night Calls: 411.
In recent years, Tera has changed gears by launching her own company, becoming a Vivid Girl and settling down with her actor/rocker husband, Evan Seinfeld, in January 2004.
